FAQ
Does this guarantee compliance? No. We keep records of what happened, not a guarantee of compliance. You supply the employee data and own the compliance duty.
Is the notice template free? Yes, the Labor Commissioner publishes it free. You pay us for delivery, tracking, the election vault and proof.
Monthly or yearly? Yearly costs 10× the monthly price, so two months are free. You can switch at renewal.
More than 150 California employees? Contact us for a quote.
What if I add employees beyond my plan? We ask you to upgrade before sending to more people than your plan covers. Nothing already sent is affected.
Is there a free trial? No. Instead, early access takes 20% off your first payment (your first month on monthly, or your first year on yearly) when you sign up and pay by November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. After that, regular prices apply. The DIY templates stay free.
